AM – dark and raining. Nice alternative. 5 miles with 8 x 200 meters in there.

PM – headed out and saw a guy who is here in the same sessions as I am. He is from San Diego. Ran with him for a bit and talked about running (of course). I added on a bit to get seven miles. Growing up in the east, I recall the humidity, but tonight was a good refresher course in. I looked like I had gone for a swim. Of course, while this weather is better than that crazy wind at home, I’d rather be there.
