10 miles easy. The head was ready to get after something but the legs told me they were a bit fatigued. This of course is comes after the obligatory "Once a Runner” “two mile rule.” The two mile rule is that you really don’t assess too much until about 2 miles in. You could feel horrible but then a couple of miles in that all falls away and you feel great. Alternatively, you can think you feel great, but after two miles you realize if you are really there or are carrying a bit of fatigue or something.
Well, the head on the IPA seems to be progressing nicely.
