It is really amazing how wet this June has been. I can't recall if there has been a wetter June since I moved here 20 plus years ago. Admittedly, I have lost track of those sort of things. There could have been but it doesn't seem like it. I love it. The temps have been cooler, and everything is staying super green.
4.3 miles this AM. All the same, just day by day plugging a bit. I try to keep the ankle flat versus dealing with it being rolled on a cambered road, etc.
