A few shots from La Jolla Cove from last night. As far as I can tell I was last here in February of 2011 for the USATF XC champs. Yes, you can look that up on the blog. Some things are still the same.
AM – five miles (no lack of some hills here) before heading off to the corporate thingamabob. You can find pictures of that show elsewhere if you look enough.
