Rain rain rain. It is so rare that we get it for significant periods here that it is sort of a blessing to get to run in. I headed out to Ruth Roberts during a conference call and got in 10. I still feel a bit under the weather and then I started to feel a weird coordination issue in my left leg after about 5 miles. 
Off to DC for a few days.
