AM – 5 miles easy.
Not a lot of chatter on Max King for MW. But he should be in the hunt.
PM - 7 miles easy, with JZ, TZ on their bikes. Was laughing at the last 2 miles. I was jogging easy at 7:50 pace and a 142 HR on a warm afternoon. Never would have happened last year at this time. Little tightness in the right hammie from yesterday, but nothing big.
