Monday 12102007 Tempo Run (25 minutes), 10 miles

I got out on Davidson Mesa, and while I was working fairly hard, I was not going very quick ... as I was thrashing about in frozen footsteps in a few inches of snow. I felt good that in the warm down, I was actually able to feel strong and fair in pace throughout. 26 minutes of tempo, 53 minutes of easy running afterwards. 10 miles, 79 minutes.
