- AM - dark now at 6AM due to DST. Watched the moon set behind the Flatirons on this run. 5 easy miles - 40 minutes. Creaky as it was the AM, but the Achilles felt a lot better.
- Good winter account and link to pix for an ascent of Pikes.
- PM - 7 miles, 53 minutes. In Boulder for a dental appointment so I head up the creek path. The Achilles is not as bad as it was but it ain't right just yet either. All easy running.
- Check out this photo ... then hit next for like the next, oh, dozen or so ... pretty interesting set towards a finish. Guess who really wanted that one? Anyone recognize the dude in black?
