Video from yesterday's BTMR. Looks like several of the leaders came from the wrong direction altogether from the Barr as they finish going down into the lot on the back of Hydro versus climbing up to it. Wrong turn in there somewhere!
BTMR results … got to say I miss the days where Matt C had all the splits up (top of the Ws, No Name Creek, 7.8 sign and Barr Camp). Brownie weighs in on the race as well.
AM – jog with Lucy, 5.2 miles. Sore a bit in the calves. Then some dental work (hooray!).
Afternoon – 10.1 with Bob on his Mesa. A bit sore from the effort yesterday but not too bad.
