5.4 on the mill in the AM with a mile at 5%, a mile at 10%, and one at 12% ( the highest it goes).

In Oslo in the afternoon KZ and I did an exploration jog (4.8 miles).

    The Mill! Oh no!
    Running in Europe seems like a worthy pursuit (like drinking in Europe).
