Tuesday - 7 miles around afternoon practice
Wednesday - 8.1 miles around afternoon practice. Moved pretty well, breaking out of the routine 8:30 pace for the middle bit.
Thursday - 7.1 miles around afternoon practice
Friday AM - headed to the airport early for a DEN=>SFO=>SIN flight. Long day, leaving the house at 4:30, then landing in SIN 8PM on Saturday, losing a day to the International Date Line. Makes you think about how the body doesn't really care about training in our human imposed definition of time periods, but rather what you do in its ticker of heart beats. Zero for the "day."
Saturday - up expectedly early and got out for some morning exploring. Got turned around plenty but got in a 6.5. Listened to a lot of Joe Pass "Virtuoso" in the light rain. What an incredible album
Afternoon - Got back out in the afternoon and headed down to the Bay. Got a little right turned when I should have gone left so ended up with 9.3
Not a bad week given the travel and the day off. Was about 45 miles on the six days. I'll do the Singapore picture dump in a separate post.
