10 miles, most of it with Laub at work. He keeps me honest without even trying. Before this it was some jump rope, planks, weighted and non weighted squats, dumbbell push up rows. Um … jump rope.
Started doing a bit of digging today on my 5k, 10k times over the years and how they have trended. It is a bit tricky because I have to go and pull out sea level races, grade aided races (significantly downhill) or ones that were short significantly. More to come on this. Other projects in the hopper: still musing on a Scout trip to the San Juans, a ton of house projects (yard including climbing up trees with a chainsaw, shed, pool deconstruct, basement work, etc – as I recently heard: when you own a house you don’t need a hobby), grubmastering for the upcoming district camporee, kids and school (on going), the UCONN research project, RAC certification for work.
