2.5 mile warm up and then I started some quarters on the track. It was not pretty. The wind was bumping me around and my stomach was less than happy. I was making rounds in 74-75, and taking a 200 jog on those. My stomach sent me to the nearest facility after 5. A start I guess but it is gonna be a long road to under 5. I put me at 5:20 shape today.
It was then a long warm down with Greg and Dan, discussing various athletes on the team. 11.1 miles.
