AM - ~15 minutes of GS (that is general strength) ... push up, girdle stuff. I am avoiding the squats because that makes the groin hurt a lot but I need to pick at those to strengthen it. 3 miles. Did a warm up with Lucy for a mile (swung her home) and then did 8 x 20 second strides on the Ridgeview MS fields. 24 minutes.
PM - easy seven miles. 56 minutes.
