This must be heading out right about when we had bridge up to Barb and Chugs and Bobby and Wellstone.  I think I had just given Bobby some crap for having the rope around his ass, but he really had no ass for the rope to go around.

News stuff:  Dave Carner’s BV race report, Magill appears to be back to regular blogging about old runners, there are still no changes to the competitive entry list for the marathon, Bekele is coming to Chicago and Magness explores running breaks.

AM – 5.7 miles.  Keeping volume light but stuck with most of the regular weekly intensity, slicing off two of the intervals (6 instead of 8).  Hit the first in 75, the second in 73 and then the remainder came in at 74 at 90 seconds rest.  I will keep the rest of the week light as we head into the Pikes weekend.
