Easy jogging with the HS Junior to be. 5.1 miles.
Took the kid over to the new Flatirons Running shop in Boulder and set her up with some new trainers for the season. I like the small feel of this place and it looks to be my go to shop for now.
Off to the mountains for the BV race in the AM.
