Finished July with 263.3. miles, 13440 feet of climbing. Hypothetically, I could add another 30 miles and 4000 feet to that with the Colorado Trail trip. Three days off on the month, a trip to Ireland, three races which were 2 one mile efforts on the track and this past weekend’s Burro Days.
Late afternoon – tired. I slept ridiculously late. In fact, TZ came and woke me and said, “you know it is almost 8, right?” Good thing cuz I had an 8AM call. Anyway, got out in the afternoon and moved well for going easy. 10 miles.
TZ’s garden efforts this summer are wonderful. We enjoyed zuke and squash with dinner tonight as well.

Not sure if it is related, but that was the year Finkel had rhabdo after the race. I assume they are related.
