So, never having brewed before... and hearing about various aromas... is it the kind of thing that would annoy non-beer-consuming neighbors in a multi-unit dwelling?
It very well could. My daughter - non beer consuming - loves the smell because she loves the bread and yeast aroma. My son won't even come into the house when I am brewing.
