1PM this afternoon hit and I was about useless. Fell asleep in the cab back to the hotel after the day in the office. Nonetheless, I felt compelled to get a run in. Headed to the hotel gym and cranked up the incline to 10%. After a warm up of a mile (it took me a bit to figure out the kph speeds), I did 400 on, 200 off through a total of six miles.
While cooler in the gym than outdoors, I did build up enough of a sweat that the attendant brought me a towel in the middle of the run.
Those international trips are a challenge! I feel your...zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
ReplyDeletenot relevant at all to your post, but if you haven't checked the PPA/M lists lately the ascent just became absurdly stacked...mario, max, joe gray, siemers, aish, delaney, gall and on and on...

ReplyDeleteSeb - the treadmill was a good option for me yesterday because I could run for miles here outdoors and only get 10s of feet of elevation gain. The mill was a good substitute in lieu of that.
