AM - easy seven miles on the mill. Went with the mill for a more controlled surface (off a recommendation by
a guy who might have had more foot toe issues than me) It seemed to help, as some of the ache and pain is "on the move."
Nick Clark has a good review of who is going to be
in Leadville up on RunColo. Rumors are strong that Tony is in, but the surprise in Nick's post is that Hal K is also expected to be on the start line.
Boulder Beer Co. Mojo IPA... I might like this better than Ranger.

It is very good. I like to kind of go through the order over time. Ranger, Mojo, Bridgeport ... it is like dating a different IPA every couple of weeks.
