A very mellow (AHR =137) 8 miles back in Broomstock,
Bottled the brew tonight. I am a bit nervous about this batch. It sat in the fermenter about 2 or three days longer than I’d like. Its flavor right now seems fine – very hoppy, but I have an odd feeling about this one. Might just be the jitters.

Mmmm. Bring some to El Chubbo. Looks like I won't be running (snipitiy-snip) but I'll be there so I'll have plenty-o-time to sample that fine beer while you guys work for it
