Mid day – I probably missed the best window to run in by not getting out in the morning. By the time I got out, the blue skies were gone and the winds had picked up. I had considered a track session for today, but opted for a fartlek instead. I opened with five 200s, and then five half mile efforts on a five minute cycle. 10 miles.
Week in review …78 miles on the week, over six runs. 11 hours. 283 miles on November, 41.25 hours. 3733 miles on the year and 566.5 hours on the year.
Lance remains a lightning rod character. Also hearing he will foray back into triathlon next year in NZ.
Ryan Hall weighs in on weights. Love the feedback he got from Hendrick Ramala: “I asked Hendrick if he lifted weights. He responded, “no man, weights are heavy.”
