Helped out this AM at the Kohl 5k. Some fast dudes there as there were couple of guys in the mid 15s. I ran there and back for 2 miles.
10 miles later in the day in 77 minutes. Warm. Oh yeah, the Hokas. They work good. Just a road test so no biggie. Achilles a bit angry from yesterday’s work.
