Beautiful day.  I thought I’d get out a little earlier, and maybe even get Green – but work took the day a bit.  Got out in the later afternoon in Broomstock.  At a few miles in the mid sevens, I decided to step on the gas a bit … started chasing 7:18 (73 minute) man, then 7:12 (72), the 7:06 (71) and finally 70.  Finished with 10 just at 6:58 pace.  Nice for me.
